Yes, I'm.

If you check the spreadsheet, you will notice that HK/TW passport holders received PP request 1 -1.5 months after IP.
I hope I would be one of them and get it within 2 weeks from now.

My case is I have never stayed longer than 6 months in HK since i turned 18.
I submitted my RCMP in the beginning though, not sure if i dont even need a HK police cert.
I really hope i will get the PPR by this month since my med is gonna expire in Oct.

Same case here.
My case is I have never stayed longer than 6 months in China since i turned 18. (but I born in China)
then I only did my HK police cert mid of Aug, still waiting CIC's confirmation - not need to do China Police Cert.
hope we can receive good news soon!

Same case here. I was requested to submit the HK police cert anyway. I double-confirmed with CIC to see if I need it, and they confirmed, so I submitted my HK police cert.

At least, you guys received additional doc request from HKVO in couple days after IP, meaning that they are actually processing your cases.
I havent received any at all, thats what makes me worried.

Question: Do you have the date of doc request shown on your ecas after you received the email from HKVO?

Just received my COPR finally :P

Hi All!

Question for anyone who might know...I see a lot of people are getting 'Decision Made' and receiving their COPR~~ (congratulations!)
We submitted our documents as requested by the HKVO back on August 14 after receiving an e-mail from the visa office (uploaded PDF/receipt and sent photos/address labels by courier)

We have yet to receive either COPR or even a reply to two e-mails sent over the past two weeks.

Does anyone know how long we might expect to wait before we receive COPR in the mail? We are located in Taiwan, so I know it takes longer to send here than to a local Hong Kong address, but it seems like a month wait is a little long....especially since it appears people with a Canadian address on average wait about a month. Thanks!!

How long they give u feedback that confirmed u need or don't need to do police cert?

How to request CIC? email? or request --> https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=hong%20kong&_ga=1.8066610.1419784286.1404982618

I received two emails for doc request, one for HK police cert, one for re medical.
On ecas, (with date of request) there is only a line saying a re medical request was requested . (no line mentioning the HK police cert request)

I was lucky that they replied me 2 weeks after I submitted the inquiry (or else, it could be "28 days")

Yes that's the case enquiry form I used.
