I knew a lot of HK May/June applicants were still waiting for their DM, most of them got AOR2 in early July or August and nothing updated except interview requests since that. Last 2 weeks a bunch(at least 10 ppl) of March to June HK applicants received interview requests in Jan, that's it, I have not heard any DM yetHKVO seems to be slow recently, anyone received DM in December? mind to share your schedule? I wonder if May/June applicants are receiving DM lately. Thanks
does the country of origin have impact on the time frame even though handling by the same VO?I knew a lot of HK May/June applicants were still waiting for their DM, most of them got AOR2 in early July or August and nothing updated except interview requests since that. I guess time frame is more depend on the situation of the couple.does the country of origin have impact on the time frame even though handling by the same VO?
I don't think so, the impact of time frame would more depend on your case. It might be faster if the case is super easy.does the country of origin have impact on the time frame even though handling by the same VO?
I wanna ask how the PPR is sent by HKVO. By email or register mail or ... ? Thanks.Hello, please do not worry about it. I got PPR last month, and the eligibility still shows "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements" on my GCKEY, and final decision still shows "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made". This is totally normal, they will change everything to "approved" after COPR, not even PPR.
how did you receive the requests from CIC before? If they always send requested emails(like medical and PCC) to you, PPR will come as email, too.I wanna ask how the PPR is sent by HKVO. By email or register mail or ... ? Thanks.
Yes, that is correct. When you receive your COPR, there will be a deadline for your PR visa which means you have to land before that date. The time frame they give for your landing deadline usually depends on your medical exam expiration date.Hi guys,
will there be a expired date on the visa? I heard somebody said need to land before the medical exam expired ( which is normally good for one year), truth?
ok, thx!Yes, that is correct. When you receive your COPR, there will be a deadline for your PR visa which means you have to land before that date. The time frame they give for your landing deadline usually depends on your medical exam expiration date.

Same situation here, I have to updated 5669 form with history from 18 yrs, I mailed the revised SchA and 5604 forms to HKVO.Hi guys,
PA received " Document Request" email from HKVO, I guess we need to submit updated IMM5669, because in the original form we only fill in 10 years history, but now it ask for since 18 years old. My question is: can we only mail it to HKVO and can't upload online, cause in the email it only state sent by mail or couriers to the address.... did not say anything about upload online? Also, we need to follow the steps as before: fill the form, validated, print, sign, right?
