I'm putting together my sponsorship for spouse application package and have some questions:
Husband is a Canadian citizen sponsoring spouse (myself as the PA) from Hong Kong (Our only child is already Canadian citizen). We are moving to Canada in Sep 2019 (PA will stay for 5-6 months as a visitor with eTA)
Is it better to lodge application outland or inland because of below???
My worries for Outland application:
1) Change of address during application - from HK > Canada after submission but before medical request is received?
Will DMP be limited to the country of submission of the sponsorship application?
Does it work if I submit the sponsorship application Outland, Spouse (PA) visiting Canada in Sep as visitor, then change the correspondence address to Canada address after AOR1 so that the medical requests or PCC could be done and submitted while we are present in Canada? Or is it a must to come back to home country to do these procedures in Hong Kong?
In Form IMM 0008,
2) Is dependent child = any child that needs sponsorship??
Or simply any child financially dependent??
*My child is already a Canadian Citizen.
3) I'm not sure if I should include her as "family member" in question 3 or do I only put "1" for family member including myself??
