Leaving Alberta while my PNP application was in process was not a smart move, specially 2 months after having sent medicals.

I didnt know that they can cancel ur application after 2 month of medicals ....thats sad....After how many month u got ur medicals from date of application

CIC received my AINP on December 2nd, 2011 and I got AOR along with Medical Requuest on April 5th, 2012. They received my Medecals on May 8th, 2012. I resigned from my Alberta employer on July 6th, 2012.
I got 2 warnings from CIC to provide a new certifated, asking me each time to forward the new certificate with 60 days. Meanwhile, I tried to alert SINP which I applied for certicate end of June 2012 but they did not move by an inch. CIC finally withdrew the AINP application in June 2013.

AINP seems really working fast. I applied for provincial nomination last tuesday, I got file number the next day. Today I received the AINP nomination through regular post. Its just awesome how fast AINP people are working. I wish CPP Ottawa works the same way. :P

I have no idea. Two months ago, I reported the issue to a MLA. An SINP manager called my the follwing day. It seems they have a huge backlog and there is only a limited number of certicated they can give away each calendar year.

I no longer have hope on SINP.
I have a new application under CEC. I received AOR on July. But I misunderstood the language requirements relative to NOC categories. My NOC is A and I sent with my application Test results with CLB 6 for speaking all the others were 7 or above. I have taken again the language test and all the results are now above CLB 7.
I sent an email to Ottawa asking if it is fine to forward the new laguage test report.

Hey Guys
Need some suggestion/ information... :)

I have posted this query in Manitoba province thread (in Province program forum) but have not got any response, so asking you guys here. Thanks

My friend works for Winnipeg based company, though his project site is in British Col. where he is located. His pay stubs and all office documents are generated in Winnipeg. He is very much interested in applying for MPNP but confused if his project location might cause any problem. He has Masters degree from Ontario, so he can't use education for MPNP.

Also, is there is a requirement of 10,000 or more funds in bank? please confirm.

Which skill jobs require IELTS (website says some low skilled, what does this mean)? Please share information or any link on this.

Thanks again.

We applied under the Alberta work experience class and it took 5 working days from the day they received our application form to the day we received the nomination certificate in our mail box. 5 business days.

This is what the requirement says on website,

At the time of application, you must show that you have been working full-time in Alberta in one of the eligible occupations. The eligible occupations list includes the 2006 National Occupational Classification (NOC) skill level for each eligible occupation. If your current occupation is a NOC skill level:
0, A or B occupation, you must show you have been working full-time in Alberta in an eligible occupation for two out of the past three years; or
C occupation, you must show you have been working full-time in Alberta in an eligible occupation for three out of the past four years.

Yes, I think they are very strict about the 2 year/3 year rule. 2 year for Noc 0-B and 3 year for Noc C. But you could also try to apply under employer driven stream if you are Nov 0-B.
