SINP screwed me two times..and still i am out of it..I lost hope on SINP but will try to apply on January if ll be lucky..also CEC apply on February..Priority said:I applied for PNP in Saskatchewan in June 2012. I have no idea. Two months ago, I reported the issue to a MLA. An SINP manager called my the follwing day. Yes, I think they are very strict about the 2 year/3 year rule. 2 year for Noc 0-B and 3 year for Noc C. But you could also try to apply under employer driven stream if you are Nov 0-B.roger1726 said:cec4111 ,Yum ,
