Home ties

I am a member in a gym, i have a saving book and 2 Bank accounts in my country and i will get a letter from a company. Can you say me whether this are good and enough home ties. Can you give me some more examples for home ties?. I am preparing my study plan at the moment and i need help.

absolutely no family in canada or abroad (don't show it)... and family in your home country...brother sisters.. older siblings being married and also property in your own country... for example land apartments house and all that showing you have much to come back to...
