Web form nowadays does not responds, Twitter - too same, calls takes long waiting and some time they hang up. No clear idea. Should we hire an advocate from Canada to file a case on this incapable immigration department. I saw a news in which two people have sued them and the court has ordered them to give a result in a week.

This case will not stand a trial in court, since the programs say "Pilot"
IRCC representatives will easily get away for this.

The only problem of delay is, EDMONTON CPC is the only one working on HCCP and HSW applications... its purely manpower...

When will they complete the process? Really frustrated. No idea what is going on. after submitting the updated documents its now 2yrs. two months again no response from this immigration.

Still waiting BIL for more than 3 month after payment. They checked payment and sent me a receipt then didn't send BIL. I am nov 2019 applicant. So disappointing. I think they're picking outside single applicant up for their convenience & economy of Canada now.

Sharing my timeline:

I'm a inside applicant.

Submit: Nov. 2019( 14months work experiences at that time)
AOR: 2020 Feb.
Completed 24 months experiences: Aug. 2020 - updated 24 experiences through my IRCC agency
BOWP apply: Aug.2020 - got Nov. 2020 or Dec. (I'm not sure might be 3-4months later)
Request letter: May13? 2021 - request my status about job and Uploaded IMM document (Still work HSW)

Now, I'm waiting for the medical request letter.(2months later, I'm working at the same place in 36months as a HSW)

My visa status: BOWP

I am also inside applicant with spouse outside Canada it’s the same my employer is not affected in any way. But am gonna wait for another 2 months and then file a case in Federal court.

No I didn’t because I received my permanent AOR on November 8th looks like they are working there way.

Yes I did ,3 months before the expired date.
