Hello, any update on your application? You are also january 2021 applicant, right?
Thank you, no I havent completed the medical and biometric because they have not requested that yet. I advice you speak with an ircc agent to see if they have any information why there is a delay in your application. I was able to reach them 2 days ago after several attempt and today I got the pre arrival service letter and my online account changed from documents required to submitted

Now they’re saying they asked for additional documents in Aug 2021 but I haven’t provided.

If your representative linked your application in your gckey he/she can check if there was a request sent for additional documents or might be sent directly to your employer if it is a request for documents coming from your employer.
