They requested for NOA from my employer and birth certificates. My employer's most recent income is higher than what is required, however their is one year where the income was low. Is that a risk?

We have a consultant. and base on what they said just the first year is low. Is it true that when it comes to nanny programs they base on the last year's (recent) income?

1. What does that means for pre-arrival service? Is this Confirmation PR letter?

2. Did you have any applied for BOWP and when you expired valid work permit?

3. When did you update your Biometric result? I saw your post that you’ve got a request of Biometric on last Thursday.
