i am having a query guys.
i applied for hsw in july 2021(outside canada) and i am of the view that if all goes in right direction it will still take atleast 2 years to conclude my file.

i was thinking that i currently hold visitor visa , so can i visit canada and update my hsw file status to INSIDE APPLICANT IN CANADA.

Would it work for me.

Once you get a permanent AOR number, then you can change your country in your application.

Your idea will work.

You mean, you have an HSW or HCCP application and you want to apply for work permit with a different employer under LMIA??

It will not work... as IRCC would not like you to be working for a different employer under an LMIA as it becomes a closed work permit. and during that work permit, you can't work for anyone else...

The Income is shown using T4 and NOA (Notice of Assessments) for previous 3 years of an employer.

Their priority now is Afghanistan. I will give them until end of September, and then I will call the ircc again.
