If she got a permanent AOR, does it mean she cannot avail the public policy? She’s a March 2020 applicant

Also, I'm also curious to know whether you received the temporary public policy notification from IRCC the other day? Because if you did, it looks like we can expect a surge of permanent AOR(s) in the next coming days for those 2020 applicants who's application were not processed last year.

Hi, On which date IRCC received your application. I am 16 March applicant received only temporary file number.
Not sure if they will give PR directly but first step is to assess ur PR eligibility as per the pilot program. If eligibility is met then they issue your work permit. All the best
