I submitted my application in September, 2019, HCCP
Got AOR in October.
On February they sent me an email and informed me that my application has been transfered to London IRCC in Ontario for further assessment. Does anyone's application sent there except mine?

I think when they are satisfied with your application then they send to another office for further process like medical and all
