1. My sister in law has B.ed and Nanny training course as well. Does she need experience too?

Can somebody please share the EXPERIENCE part required for the perspective caregiver?
If someone has B.COM and NANNY Training certificate, Do they need experience? Its for OUTSIDE CANADA application

You need proof that you are capable to do the job. While it doesn't say a certain number of years experience is needed, it would definitely make the application stronger

experience will help to make the case stronger. if you are going to visit the website they have 3 sub categories for HCCPP, I never really look into it cuz I fall under the 3rd sub category which is 24 mos or more for experience.
for the submission I believe everything is by paper as they don't have online application for the said pathway.

There are two in this group who is eligible and have medical exam request already.
Thanks guys @Devinderjeet singh @Chachalava and one more thing is there any visa limit per year on the people who can apply for this pilot?
My application was also in last week of Sept. Didn’t get any further update after receiving my AOR on Oct. 30.
