Didn’t received AOR. Directly received a refusal letter.

they received my application Nov 15,2019. Got refusal by Feb 19

What's the reason?

It says my employer is responsible in obtaining LMIA and a confirmation from employment and Social development.

I don’t know yet too as it doesn’t make sense as there are no longer LMIA for this new pathway.

Yes. But not everyone had it that way..

Hello. I am canadian citizen and my husband is permanent resident. We are in winnipeg. We have 1.5 year old kid. I want to sponsor my brother as a caregiver. He has 5 bands in ielts. Our family income is around 55000 for this year. Can someone tells me in detail this program requirement?
