Kindly check CIC Website. It is announce there. They will accept application from July 8 to October 8, 2019 only for this year.

No, this is for INTERIM PR application of Caregivers already in Canada. This Pilot has no announcement yet that it is closed.

Only if it is not in English. Some countries like where I come from (Philippines) already has translations on every documents. I just submitted copies as it is..
