Before medical expires, the medical has 1 year validity from the day medical exam was conducted.

Has the biometric information been shown on your application? I am 2019 inside applicant with 24 months experience and medical is
done this June.. Still waiting for biometric..

Hi , does someone know , to sponsor a nanny under This program , if only husband is working and wife is not working. Can they still sponsor a nanny . ? Or it will be refused because office will think wife is home and why they need a nanny ?

You can still sponsor. In the application letter, you can mention that wife want's to work. Share her education details to support that argument.

I think it’s better to do that if immigrantion ask , or before hand in application ?
