Hi! Would you mind sharing how you plan on processing your OEC? I heard it's a requirement before leaving the Philippines?
He/she is 2019 applicant not a 2020 public policy applicant..! When someone get visa under public policy then clear this matter..!
I’m an October 2020 applicant, got an email of public policy too. So ITS A TOTAL USELESS, coz I’m still waiting for my approval and I’m about to finish my 24 months Canadian experience soon. So if direct PR is true, how come I still don’t have it when I have more advantage than everyone else outside Canada?? They should even prioritize me. But all I got is medical request last month, and will still go through a normal process of getting PR after completing 24 months experience.
Im annoyed with that public policy coz ircc told a LIE to all 2020 applicant.
IRCC asked my cousin for biometrics, PCC (from passport centre), Medical, updated Background declaration form and family information form. And also right to permanent residency fees. She is January 2020 applicant from India. Any idea how long it takes after that ?
when it was asked , I have also same situation for Jan 2022 file . I submitted all these documents July 2022.
Sorry in my previous answer there is typo error. My known person file was applied in Jan 2020. also minimum expected time is six months for next revert . Please keep posting for next action
Nope. It’s only for Filipino citizens. Coz they’re just protecting Filipinos being abused in another country
