Applicant has appear at physician for in 30 days or reports should be received by ircc in 30 days?
My understanding is that the applicant should get it done within the 30 days period.
The date that will be shown on the report is the date that you went for it; after that it’s just a matter of how long before the clinic will forward the report to IRCC.

To think they are a priority, ircc cannot process everything all at once. They need to lessen manpower with other programs like caregiver to cater the refugee.
We cannot blame ircc for being so slow with our program, coz we can obviously see how fast they are in refugee visa
It's kind of frustrating that a lot of 2022 are getting biometric requests already while 2019 and 2020 who are outside still haven't got final decisions.

It’s all about statistics report to show their performance and processing times. As 2021 and 2022 was not during pandemic times so they try to process them early so that they can show their processing times normal . Because they know 2019 and 2020 is already delayed and don’t care .It's kind of frustrating that a lot of 2022 are getting biometric requests already while 2019 and 2020 who are outside still haven't got final decisions.
Hi! I got an update today. Sept. 2019 applicant ouside Canada with dependents. Required to update IMM5669 & IMM5406, Biometric, Medical, job offer letter, level of proficiency in English, copy of updated passports, RPRF, Police clearance, con firmation of marital status for adult dependents. However, I am also being asked for Proof of funds. In my knowledge, this pilot does not require Proof of funds.
Wait, I don’t get it, why are they asking for your IELTS exam again? Are they asking you to do it again?
And yes, why there’s a proof of funds
No. Not to take IELTS again but to describe in letter my english language skills ( basic, conversational, fluent).

How many dependents do you have? I have seen someone being asked for proof of funds since IRCC is not convinced that the caregiver's salary will be able to support her dependents. Applicant has a husband and at least 2 children...
