Pls I need some advice for my prospective employee who applied for HCPP in 2020 March. Right now she is stuck after medical. She passed medical in December 2022 and nothing has been heard from IRCC until last month when they asked her to update these two forms: IMM5406 Additional family information and IMM5669 Schedule A Background/Declaration. She and her husband have updated the forms and sent them to IRCC. My questions are:
1. Is there any 2020 applicant in the same boat and what can she expect next from IRCC?
2. Her international passport which she submitted in 2020 is about to expire in about few months, She has proactively renewed her international passport, What is the best way to update the passport information with IRCC? Can she send the updated passport through the webform or wait?
I would say request GCMS notes and also send an enquiry to IRCC.. Its taking forever for everyone but they should at least tell what's happening.

My sister is also from March 2021, and still waiting..

ROE is when you are not actively working for the employer, is that your case? otherwise not needed but you will need reference letter from your employer
You need 2023 T4, that you used to filled your Taxes this year, and the notice of assessment of this year (this is mandatory!), and you need to submit your payslips as well
No need to add experience outside Canada since it won't be considered just your work experience inside Canada be sure to comply with the number of hours

Through secure account ?
Sorry for the late response - You can go through the instructions in the link below:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/caregivers/child-care-home-support-worker/some-experience-get-experience.html

Below is also a preview of the link: Best to browse the site yourself to ensure there's no error.

Send us proof of your work experience
Make sure you follow the instructions below to send us your proof to avoid any delays in finalizing your application.
Once you have 12 months of qualifying work experience, you must

You must send us this proof no later than 36 months (3 years) after you get your work permit.

Send us a copy of the following documents to show that you have 12 months of work experience:

  • your T4 tax information slips and your notice of assessment (NOA) issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
    • When submitting your tax information, hide or cover your social insurance number (SIN) to protect your personal information.
  • reference letters from your employer(s) with this information included:
    • the specific period you were employed (start and end dates)
    • your position

  • any Record of Employment(ROE) you were issued
    • Your employer is required to provide an ROE to you if you stop working for them.
You can also include any pay stubs, work contracts, or job offers.

How to send us your proof of work experience
Send your proof through our web form. Given that the pilots aren’t in the list of programs, follow these steps:

  1. Choose “No” when asked if your application is being processed by an office outside Canada.
  2. Under Type of application/enquiry, choose “In-Canada Permanent Residence.”Footnote 2
  3. Choose 1 of these options, depending on which pilot you applied to
    1. “Caregiver: Caring for Children class” if you applied to the Home Child Care Provider Pilot
    2. “Caregiver: Caring for people with high medical needs” if you applied to the Home Support Worker Pilot
  4. Under Application number, make sure you provide your permanent residence application number (it starts with an E), and notyour work permit number (starting with a W).
    • Your application number is written on the acknowledgement of receipt letter or the email we sent to notify you that we started processing your application.
Please use this naming convention when you save and send your documents: “Proof of experience - #”. For example: “Proof of experience – 1”.
The maximum file size is 2 MB. If a file is bigger than 2 MB, you need to reduce the file size. If you upload more than 1 file, the total maximum file size is 3.5 MB. We accept these file formats:

My younger brother is 21 right now but his locked in date was 18 I believe.
My current age is 25 and my locked in date was 21.

So we both were included in the PR Eligibility Letter. And in EL Letter it said that "Any accompanying dependants are eligible to apply for an open work permit, a study permit or a Temporary Resident Visa if the child is not of school age. You however did not submit temporary resident applications for (my younger brother) at the time you applied. You must now apply online. For more information on these permits, please click on this link."

Also if you see dependant age on IRCC website it says 22 or less. Here's the link for that too

What were reasons for refusal? Order GCMS notes too. Then address issues and reapply or ask for reconsideration.

Refused (May 14) on the ground R205(c)(ii)

We applied through representative so only she can order GCMS notes. Now the representative is gonna book our appointment with MP. But I don't know what exactly to ask MP.

You don’t need a representative to order notes. Why are you meeting with MP? MP cannot change decision.
