I hope you can enlighten me. I am a Permanent Resident of Canada and I have 1 year-old daughter.
Our family income is ok to hire a nanny. I am planning to hire my sister, who is living in the Philippines right now as nanny. She graduated with degree in Nursing, with ~5 years experience in hospital working in Ward, handling patient with different ages (including children). She never had any caregiver experience. She has Caregiver NC2 Certificate and planning to take IELTS and assess her credentials with WES. Do you think she is eligible to become a nanny? Thanks for all your response, appreciate it!

My employer asking if is ok to send me a soft copy of all employment forms with signatures. Then i will be the one to print it, and also sign. Instead of using a courier to send hard copies.

What should be the best way. Thank you again.

Kindly check the guide. And document checklist. All the forms needed are there. Employer will need to complete job offer form
