Sorry. What is restricted work permit? Is it a closed work permit?
I didn't have any experience as a caregiver before that I applied closed work permit. I only raised my child and Ircc accepted my experience.
I was able to apply PR after 15 months I started work. I apologize if I didn't get your question.

He said he as is adding resources to clear backlogs. at least somebody reminded minister that people are getting frustated and waiting since long. He said he is very optimistic on care giver programs.. Thats at least enough to keep a positive hope.
God knows .. but at least they know that people are waiting for them to start the process.
