How do you know if your application is counted within the 2750 cap? Does AOR means that your application has made within the cap?TIA

I believe so. Otherwise, your file will be returned back to you and inform you in a letter that the cap has been reached. (This is based from experience when applying for the parents/grandparent sponsorship which also has a cap).

Thanks quami. My application was delivered yesterday. Now I'm hoping to be within the cap and waiting nervously for the AOR.

As you might know, it will usually take 5-8 weeks.
I sent it 26 Aug, I am still waiting.

Outside Canada . No biometric request yet and it maybe because I applied for visitor visa after my HCCP application but before AOR and they did my biometric for visitor . Might be they use the same one.
