Hi Mr. @mr.preetsingh I called IRCC (1-613-944-4000) but it was a recorded speech telling go to IRCC website and fill webform which I have already done
What else can I do to find out about my children's visa?
You need to find your child's application number and then you can track it. In order to do that, you need to talk to an IRCC representative over the phone.

Hello, hope everyone is doing well.
I'm curious for those who have eligibility passed and got PPR, who is your Officer? (The person mentioned as signatory in the ADR letter)

Our application's Officer is "BS". I want to know anyone under BS that are done and completed. I want to see his statistics in terms of # of approvals in this forum.

Thanks.

Thank you sir but it's about this number 1-888-242-2100 which can not be dialed from outside Canada and US
And this number 1-613-944-4000 is for outside but does not conect to any agent
I don't know what else can do except praying

Hi, @mr.preetsingh my sister called IRCC but they didn't answer her just told her I should introduce her as my representative
They wont disclose any information unless you are one of the applicants or a representative.

I would suggest you (assuming you are in Canada) do a conference call and add your sister (assuming she is outside) to the call once officer answers your call. She would then be able to prove her identity and provide consent that you can speak to officer on her behalf.

This is a good idea

I'm the applicant outside, how can she make video conference with an IRCC officer?

conference call doesn't mean Video conference. It will be a call to the call centre agent. Not an officer.

I don't think you can arrange a video conference with an IRCC officer unless it's an official interview requested by the officer.

Do what he/she suggested. Do a conference call (i.e. 3 way call) which is initiated from your sister in Canada, if you are outside and your sister is in Canada and can help you to make the call. )

Yes, that's correct.

Your sister will call IRCC call center (1-888-242-2100) and then she will take you on same call by dialing your number (i.e. making ISD call), making it 3-way conference call and then you can identify with agent and provide your consent that your sister can talk to agent on your behalf.

I'm so frustrated, although it's 2 months that my spouse and I got PPR but there's nothing about my children. I called IRCC, agent said seeing the TRv forms for kids and leaving a note for officer but nothing happened
Also I sent our passport to VFSglobab and after 6 weeks it's still under processing.
