I’m preparing a job offer for a child care provider (Outside of Canada). She is a distant relative. I have a few questions:

— Employee would be accompanied by her husband and three kids and she will be living out. Would salary of 17.5$ per hour would be enough (Ontario)? AFAIK median wage in Ontario for Child care provider is 16.52$ per hour.
-- What should be the duration of contract? I have written 24 months?
-- Do we need to offer any other benefits? (Dental, pension etc.)
-- If employee is living out, do we still need to fill SECTION 5 (Live-in arrangement) in employment offer?

You dont need to fill out Section 5 if the employee is living out

If the person you are talking about does not live in Canada, it is not necessary to fill in the section 5. I had some sort of this kind of situation like yours when I was preparing a job offer for a child provider, and I was told by then that there exists something that can help you. We are finally ready to submit application in Jan 2023. My quick question is - what is the current processing time? I checked on the official website and it says 32 months from the date of application submission. Is it true from your real life experiences?

Please reply if anyone faced the same situation.....I applied HCCP outside for my sister. Her application returned being not complied with Sec. 10 and 11 of IRPR (Improper information w.r.t. the job experience). Actually there was some gap in the form while she changed her job from one to another. Please suggest if I can resubmit the application after correction? Will they accept it?

my wife is the principal, me and my son (4yrs old) is dependent, my wife received approval letter and pre arrival, but it is weird my wife is the principal but I receive the PPR first, it's already a month but my wife and my son don't received PPR. what should we do?? is this ok?

my son applied for this program and the IRCC received the application last february 2021. but last january 2022, we received an email that they are requesting for "additional information" and we submitted it right away. my question is, is there any impact or delay since they open the application but they are requesting for this additional information? If they asked for additional information in January 2022, that would be completely related to convert your application in digital format. Those applications, which had certain documents or information missing, IRCC requested them additional docs back in Dec, Jan and Feb 2022.

The best way to find what happened is to link your application to gckey.

For Son, it will be sent through your local Embassy, which takes a while for some applicants. but you should have it for your wife for sure.
