So HIV shouldn’t be an issue if your viral load is undetectable, your medication regimen is under the cap and you don’t have another health issues.

Yes, they are all HIV positive and all under treatment so their viral load was very low

They disclosed to the panel physicians but not to the agent. Only one of them used agent.

do you know about your friend who is now on his/her PGWP? How many months did it take him/her to apply for the PGWP knowing that he/she is HIV +.

There should be normal processing time for PGWP unless they had used a lot of medical care during their study permit. It may take longer during PR process but it will be dependent on your health history. If your health has been stable then there shouldn’t be processing delays.
