My visa has not been approved yet, it's been 3 months and a week now even though I'm not HIV positive. However, They'll treat your application as they treat anyone's. There's no strict rules for HIV positive patients. No discrimination bro. I know a friend who is HIV positive but got his visa approved within 2 months, another one completed his master last year and is now working in Canada.

The point is they can refuse you visa for other reason such not having enough fund, no family ties etc. but not base on the fact that you have HIV. NO.

Bro, live a stress free life, wait patiently for your visa and move on. Trust me.

Medical panel are not allowed to contact applicants. One is informed directly by IRCC about results.
