[Highschoolstudent]

Is there a different student visa for international high school students or is it the same as the university students.If I go to a Canadian Boarding School for year 12, like the Canadian University visa, will we be given a work visa for a specified amount of time?I am planning to take a gap year after high school, I will be 18+ , will be approaching 19 by then. Will I be eligible to work and then apply for a PR?(in Nova scotia ,saskatchewan or Alberta)

You will not qualify for a post graduate work permit after you finish high school. PGWPs are only granted to students who have graduated from post-secondary institutions:
