Getting student visa for high school for adults?

Hello,

Is there any chance to get student visa for any ADULT HIGH SCHOOL in BC?

I graduated primary school (8 years) all with great success, highest possible marks, kind of smart boy,.. And after that I have done just 1 year of high school with great success, but then I had some big and serious troubles which I am not going to explain here because it will take too log and than i have never done high school except the first year.

Now my girlfriend and her family moved to canada, I came here as visitor and now I am planning to continue my highschool if there is any possibility of getting student visa for that kind of problem which I have?

You should assume it will be difficult to obtain a study permit.

To be approved, you must demonstrate that you are a genuine student. If you effectively quit school after completing your first year of high school - it will probably be difficult to convince CIC that you are a genuine student rather than someone who is just trying to find a way of remaining in Canada longer.

You'll also have to prove strong ties to your home country and that you have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. This will be difficult for you to do if you are already in Canada.

Note that when you apply for the study permit, the application will have to be spent to the visa office responsible for your home country.

I am still on "stand by" status in current school but i never continued.
Yes, I am here in Canada right now, and after this time spent here i was thinking a lot to continue my school here instead of sitting at home and doing nothing here. So its not about trying to remain in Canada longer, as I can get it through tourist visa extension, but I am trying to make something good for me if that is possible here, if not, after expiring my visitor status I will go back home and continue my school or relocate to another one which is for adults. Btw. I am 21y/o
