High Commission Verification call not getting?

I have sent all the documents to high commission from last one month but i have not received any message or any call yet. Please anyone help me what i have to do. Please help me or suggest me how to get verification call from high commission.

Dear Jaswinder Jee ! Send them an email to CHC New Delhi with your file #,passport #,name of the principal

applicant and Date of birth with Courier #.Following email address.

P.S. I am presuming that you had applied to New Delhi Visa Office.
