Went for medicals.
My BP was bout 160/100.
Later done ecg and creatinine test and both went normal.
Will this high bp an issue, will it cause any problem with visa.

My age is less than 30 ..Thats why iam so much worried...is there any chances of refusal

Abnormal blood pressure means that the actual person will look at your file in the embassy (files that are totally normal pass via electronic system, bypassing actual humans), however like i said , mildly raised blood pressure in a young person won't raise any alarms (what they would normally do is - further you for extra investigations - ECG and kidney fucnction - but u already did that!) - so do not worry.

My panel physician submitted the report to ircc through emedical.
Which means my medical examination is fine and okay???

all applications are submitted via e-medical. those that pass "normality" standards are automatically graded normal by the software so no one looks at it. if there is any abnormality - even minor, like yours, it will end up with the nurse or doctor in the embassy to look at.
