Thx for your reply, means if sputum resukt is negative, x-ray is same or better then no issue?

How about remaining points regarding serum Creatinine and BP?
X-ray is the priority even if sputum is negative, x-ray should be closely looked upon for any changes.
Sorry no idea about other points but I think they should be fine.

Mine was 150/85, 152/82

Most likely CIC will come back asking you to get cardiologist report. For me, they came back after 1-2 days.
You need to take eco cardiogram test and ECG. Meanwhile, if you see high bp at home then go to your regular doctor and get medication.
Also, check your x-ray report if there are any indications of heart enlargement.

my 2 cent - cardiologist appointments are difficult to get, there is always a waiting period. So try to get an appointment early

Hello

looks like your BP was similar to mine.. I was told in the exam it was high but not asked any follow ups although in the letter I got as confirmation IRCC may ask for more details

I'm curious if you had any problems getting PR..

You won't have an issue in getting PR because of High BP. As long as you can control the BP through medication, it should be fine. if you discover high BP then start taking medication and follow up with cardiolost. Ircc might ask for some follow-up test but overall it should be fine.

My father is in similar situation. He do not have BP, but in medical it was found 170/80. Doctor said may be due to anxiety of medical test. Will that affect his chance?
