High Blood Pressure

Hello Guys,

I have high blood pressure, I am expecting medicals next month. I am not using any medication so far but I am scared if my BP shows high in medical test it would be a problem. Can i inform doctor before only that I have high blood presure and I am using medication this would be help?

That alone should not be a problem. Treatment for that is healthy diet. Only if it is really serious high blood pressure, then it is problem.

How to decrease it:
Eat less salty things, skip any coffein product (coffee, black or green tea), do not go on high fat foods, avoid stress specially before test. Eating much lighter like 2 days before helps. Garlic also helps with the issue.
