Do visa offices keep hard (paper) copies of all the documents, such as covering letters, sponsor letters, birth certificates or any special notes and explanations, an applicant sends with his or her application, after decision?
If an applicant is previously refused on Family Class and then again applies through PNP, to what extent visa office would re-check previous application? Do they only look at the reasons of refusal or do they completely match every word in your forms with your previous application to check any discrepency? They keep your application forms in paper or any other shape such as scanned copies?
Thanks for your precious time
