Hi my wife is in canada on study visa from nov 2017 and i applyed for open work permit in feb 2018 got rejected i have bad travel history from australia i was illegal their for 2 years then come back to my country on visa so the rejection of my visa was travel history.
My agent did not put SOP byy side so that i can explain all the reasons y i overstayed in australia . Should i apply again with strong sop ?? And when?

i did not explain anything about my overstay because my agent did not upload my SOP with my application . i was in Australia by college shutdown (its on the internet as well) by some reasons and i did not get my degree i extended study visa but i was depressed with all the things so had short attendance which result visa cancellation.

Overstay is hard to explain with a letter of explanation. You can try but if you will be presenting same facts, you can expect the same result.
I would recommend consulting an immigration lawyer, lawyer not consultant.

Also, starting multiple threads with same question won't get you an answer any quicker.

No i did not heard about that. what is that ?? but i already applyed for ATIP.
