I have a third country passport and SSN, so I can get FBI certificate for the crime record for the application.

Is it still possible to get work permit in Canada?
I know it requires strong ties for home to make sure you leave the country after the work period. I do have job offers that I will work for the company in Asia after my work in CANADA.

Do you have a job offer with approved LMIA? What does having job offers in Asia have to do with working in Canada? If you have job offers in Asia then go work there.

yes i will. all the offer stuff from the work is all settled.
So if you have an approved LMIA with your employer then apply for a closed work permit. You will need to be upfront that you are living illegally in the US. Have your ECA and IELTS if required for your NOC.

I dont have ECA, do i still need to get ECA and IELTS if I have my bachelor degree from a US university?

and whats upfront mean, do i need to have a valid excuse? or just be honest that i am illegal?

You can’t lie or that is misrepresentation with a 5 year ban. US and Canada share immigration information so don’t lie. What is the NOC? Yes, you need ECA even if you studied in the US. If you have a LMIA then employer can only hire you and can’t hire a Canadian or PR. You need to show that you are qualified for the job with employment letters, ECA and IELTS if required. Chances are low but you never know as you still need to show ties to home country.

If you are living without status in the US chances of you getting a temporary visa/permit are almost zero. You won’t be able to prove that you have strong ties to your home country and will return after your temporary permit expires. You can qualify for PR.

I can show strong ties with my home country by showing them a job offer after I finished the work in Canada, how about this?

No. Strong ties would be a current job in your home country, property and or dependent family in your home country, etc.

I will have employment letters. I will look up ECA. I will get retested for IELTS if I need to.
For the ties to home country, I can show them a job offer from my home country after I finished the work in Canada, will this work?

Having an online job in yoyr home country doesn’t provide ties to your home country. You would need to be living in your home country and working remotely to count.b. Family property doesn’t count it would need to be your own property and preferably you living in one of your properties in your home country. Do you have a spouse and children living in your home country? That is what creates ties. WP or SP is unfortunately not an option neither is a visitor visa. Since you have not followed the immigration laws in the US Canada will not give you a temporary visa because you don’t have proof that you would follow immigration laws in Canada and leave when your permit expires. Your best option is to look into getting PR or work towards qualifying for PR if you don’t qualify at the moment.

IMO there is zero chance a work permit will be approved if you are currently out of status in the US. You cannot demonstrate ties to your home country and your overstay in the US demonstrates that you have broken the immigration laws of another country. If you want to pursue a work permit in Canada, then I think you would need to return to your home country and live there for a year plus to reestablish ties before you apply.
