What is it you want to do in Canada? Assuming you are American, if you want to visit, you don't need to apply for anything.

Ask on a US immigration forum. You will have always state you are banned from Canada.

You have to ask on a US immigration site. You have to be honest about the ban but doesn’t mean you will get one.
