Thanks much for the response. But the quoted site does not have our drug listed. Meanwhile I tried to find the estimated cost from the site below,

https://www.cihi.ca/en/patient-cost-estimator

from the given data set (2015-2019),an average total estimated cost of $15500 is reflected per year(hospital cost + physician cost, rounded off figure). Still i am not sure whether the price of the drug is included in the particular calculation.
That would be a very rough estimate. IRCC would look at more specifics

My 6year old son has Hemophilia A. We got a trial mail what do we do please?

The Hemophila Foundation from my country is wiling to continue to support us with factor. Can this fly? Also we can work and pay for his bills as he only needs the medication on demand. This has been wht we do here and he is fine. He really doesn't need to be on prophylaxis he Is fully aware of his condition and we take necessary care nd precautions.

If my country agree to send me factor for my 6yrs old hemophilic son. Will that be acceptable ?
No, Canada will not accept this as a solution. The costs of the health care services your son requires must fall under the excessive threshold of $120,285 over 5 years (or $24,057 per year).

Have you already received a procedural fairness letter or are you just planning in advance? You said you received a trial email. I'm not sure what that means.

Yes. We received a procedural fairness letter already.
Consider hiring an immigration lawyer to help you to respond to the letter. Saying that you will cover the costs of the health care services yourself or that your home country will provide the medication unfortunately will not work. Unfortunately having family already in Canada also does not help. You have to prove that the annual costs of the care your son requires in Canada will fall below the excessive demand threshold, according to what this treatment costs in Canada. It sounds like you are not sure how to handle this letter. So I would again really recommend you hire an immigration lawyer to help you.
