im starting this thread in order to help others if u want to ask anything regarding fswc rules then u can, i will reply u.recently cic on 21/08/2012 start accepting proposals from different agencies for credential assessment they will close it on 20/09/2012. so cic will surely announace credential assessment rules in october.
second thing for ielts score min. requirement this time is L-7,R-6, W-6,S-6. IF Anyone don't fullfill this score then go for ielts again. if u want 5 points for spouse then min. requirement is clb 5.

so, be prepare ur documents before october because in october there is hope cic will issue some circular regarding education credential.

dear friends,
1}for Adaptability u can claim 5 points if u have
relatives in canada for example uncle, aunt, brother, sister... and age should be 18 years older then this time u can claim 5 points. for this u need their PR card copy and their electricity bill or any sort of bill which prove their presence in canada.

2}this time cic will not give any spouse education points u can claim ur spouse points only when ur spouse having min. ielts band clb 5.


so, these are two easy options by u can claim 10 points in Adaptability section.

this time cic will take applications in skill 0, skill A, skill B. I will explain u whic noc comes under skill 0 and skill a and b.

1}those noc having starting digit 0 they come under skilled 0 category for example 0631



2} those noc having second digit 1 they come under skill A category for example noc 2121.

3}those noc having second digit 2 or 3 they come under skill B category for example noc 1231


hope , this somehow clear u regarding skill category.

ur qualified for fswc and u will get points as per conversion in S-6 POINTS,R-6 POINTS, W-5 PONTS AND IN L-5 POINTS. SO u will get around 22 points out of 24 points.

Regulated Occupations

If your occupation is regulated, the recognition of your qualifications will be determined by the appropriate provincial or territorial regulatory body. Regulated occupations are governed by provincial and territorial In most cases, you can only apply for licensing after you are settled in Canada. If you want to work in a regulated occupation and use a regulated title, you must have a license or be registered with the organization regulating the occupation. Some occupations are regulated in certain provinces and territories but are not regulated in others.

You can obtain more information about the specific requirements for your profession and associated costs for licensing, certification, or registration by contacting the relevant regulatory organization governing your profession in the province or territory where you intend to settle.

Non-regulated Occupations

Non-regulated occupations are those professions or trades for which there are no legal requirements or restrictions for practice as regards to licensing or registration. In other words, you do not need a license for an unregulated occupation. For some non-regulated occupations, certification or registration with a professional body may be available to applicants on a voluntary basis, which may be helpful for employment purposes.

For non-regulated occupations, requirements for employment can vary depending on the job and employer. Employers may expect you to demonstrate a certain degree of skill and competence, to have completed a certain level of education, and to have acquired relevant experience. Since these requirements are not regulated by provincial or territorial associations, it is entirely up to the employer to decide whether your qualifications acquired outside Canada are equivalent to Canadian standards.

In general, if your occupation is non-regulated, recognition of your qualifications is normally at the discretion of the employer. You will have to show to the potential employers that you possess the experience and training necessary for the job. Even when your occupation is not regulated, some employers can still require you to be registered or certified with the relevant professional association as a condition for employment.

What do you mean by "parent's supervisa will resume very shortly"? The supervisa was never stopped and people are still applying and being approved now. Parent sponsorships were stopped.
