Helping thread for applicants of fswc 2013

Hi everyone
I have a question for the experts here.
I have an offer of employment under NOC6221B, my potential employer submitted an LMO to Alberta in May (which was declined as we had not advertised the job and the median wage was not correct, my base salary is lower and they do not take into account commission) and also an AEO using the same criteria in June, this I am sure will also be declined. We have since just submitted another AEO for BC as I just need to be in western Canada for my job however the processing time for the AEO is unknown to us at present. With the new system imminent Jan 2013 is the AEO just submitted going to be irrelevant? Under the new scheme an LMO would need to be submitted. I am going to apply for PR and will need to travel for my job throughout western provinces and the US so a TFW application would hinder the job and my mobility.
My possible score under the new scheme is at lowest 74, without taking the second language test.
Any advice would be much appreciated as I want to start my new life in Canada as soon as possible.
