So im sponsoring my wife who has no dependents, do i still need to complete the financial evulation and make a income of 30,286?

Also i got married in a catholic church in Bangladesh, is that marriage certificate enough for sponsorship or do i need something from a lawyer?

Marriage cert. is enough but have be translated and notarized in English (if the original is not in English).

You do not need to fill out the financial evaluation. The only form is the sponsor evaluation to fill out if there are no dependants. As for your other question as long as the martaige is recognized in Canada I think you will be good to go! Not 100% sure on the marraige question.
