in order to apply for the PNP you need a job offer.

You have enough education and work experience ... but as i wrote before, i was exploring one by one all provincial nominie programmes websites and what i found was, Applicant should have one Approved Job offer in order to apply for PNP. I'm not sure , you may gonna apply under some defferent category, but of course you can, you have enough study and work experience. More "rupeshhari " is senior and most knowlege memeber, ask him for any further concern, he can guide you more better way, let see what he says.

I am assuming your post-secondary education is at least one year in duration, right? If so then you meet the first requirement.

The second requirement is about what you have been doing in the past 4 years. Were you a full-time student for at least 3 of the 4 years? If so then you meet the second requirement. If not then were you working full-time in the past 3 of the 4 years? If yes then you meet the requirement. If not, then were you a full-time student and did you also work full-time in the past 4 years, where the combination of both work and education is 3 years in the past 4 years? If yes then you meet the requirement. If not then you most likely don't meet the requirement.

You mentioned you had a Bsc(Hons), I do not know what (Hons) means. You also mentioned you were part-time student but you didn't mention for how long. You also mentioned you are an Audit Trainee, is that your job title?

Send a more detailed message so we can answer your question.

Again, I am not an expert.

Good luck

V Thanks for response:

- I am FINALIST of ACCA, UK's Professional Accountancy Body, and have agreement with CGA Canada according to which members of both bodies can apply for the membership of other body.

ACCA has two levels, Fundamental Level and Professional level.I recently have passed Bsc(Honors) in Applied degree from Oxford Brooks Uni UK.That we get by passing Fundamental Level of ACCA, due to partnership btw ACCA and OB Univerity. It is a three years degree in my case time period is from 2006 to 2009.

Means, Fundamental Level of ACCA= Bsc Honors from Oxfored Brookes Uni UK.

On the other hand, i am going to take the final exams of Professional Level in June. After that my ACCA will be completed but i want to apply on Bsc Basis currenlty for AINP or might be i can use the Fundamental Level Certificate too.

- Working as Audit Trainee mean (Junior Auditor, Assistant Auditor) for last one year. And my main responsibilities are to do the audit of different companies as a team member.

Other thing that i want to ask is:

I have just got the result of my Bsc Degree, while i will get the degree certificate in three months time.So what documents should i send as an evidence if i dont have degree currently???

I currently have:

- Certificate of Fundamental Level of ACCA.
- Letter From Univeristy Mentioning Pass and the Grade Of Degree.

Another thing....Can The Lower Grade of Degree (i.e Lower Second Divsion) can negatively effect your application???

Please guide me in a better way.

Regards.

Based on the information you have provided, I believe you most likely qualify since in the past 4 years you have had 3 years post-secondary education. In that case, I do not think your work experience even matters but you should still mention it. The job responsibilities you mentioned may match some of the job responsibilities under NOC1111 Financial Auditors and Accountants. NOC job descriptions is what you should use to see if your work experience qualifies. But again I do not think your job experience matters since you have 3 years of full-time post-secondary education in the past 4 years.

A notarized copy of diploma, degree, or certificate is the best of to proof you education. However, if you need to send a proof before you receive your degree then you can probably send your official or notarized copy of transcript along with an official letter from your university indicating that you have completed your studies. Make sure the letter includes the name and duration of the program, degree awarded, full-time or part-time, and the contact information for the person who prepares the letter.

The grades you receive in your transcript should not matter in the evaluation of your degree.

I am not an expert, this is just my opinion

Good luck
