***Help with TFW New Boss is Harassing!

Need some help!! My employer brought in a FW to Manage and he turned out to be a big harassing jerk...long story short, me and 3 other employees filed a complaints about his behavior, after the employer doing an investigation...Guess who got axed?...me that's right..
How does the employer get off protecting a Bad boss who is a TFW and displace a Canadian long term worker....what can I do now? Can I report this to the TFW program??

need some good advise...the TFW is the abuser!....and the company is allowing it to continue!...WTF!

first question is can you prove this harassment? if yes then why ru here go to servicecanada or a lawyer.

Servicecanada can't do much, they only have an online reporting abuse...which already has been done!....also does this fall into a human rights issue with the tribunal?

TFW program has nothing to do with harassment. u should get a lawyer/professional advice rather than asking questions here
