Help with proof of relationship.

In the form imm5533e, it asks us for at least one of the two:

1. Important documents for you and your spouse showing that you are recognized as each other's spouse (such as employment or insurance benifits)
2. Documentary evidence of financial support between you and your sponsor, and/or shared expenses
3. Other proof that your relationship is recogznised by your friends and/or family (e.g. Letters from friends/family, social media information showing a public relationship, etc.)

1. Can I use my passport information page for that first option? It lists my wife as my emergency contact, states that she is my spouse and also provides our current address there.

2. Can I use our joint bank accounts, gas/electricty/internet bills to support the second option?

3. What are they asking for in the 3rd option? Am I meant to screenshot Facebook posts that we made? Also, letters from friends and family saying they recognize us or just letters they may have sent us in the past?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I've never heard that suggested. Is the information printed by the government or handwritten by you. If the former it might be a possibility.

1. The information on my passport is printed by the Government. It is not something I wrote myself. It is my passport and it contains only official government written information. It's also fairly recent.
