Help with interpreting GCMS Notes

Hello friends,

I recently got my GCMS notes in my mail. However they turned out to be very confusing. My eligibility is "met" however last 2 pages mention review required in some places. I am unable to understand as to what that means. I am giving the excerpts.

Your eligibility was review required earlier and then it was changed to met by the agent. Nothing to worry as it is met now. If you still have doubts you can check status on 2nd page of gcms notes. If it says met that means it is no longer under review required. I hope it is clear now.

Do You have PPR now. My application is on RR for POF also. Did you send an updated document after getting to know about the RR?

No, Mr Shaks, In fact I am still in IP 1 stage. I did not send them an updated document as I have not received any ADR till date, furthermore, the the IRCC agent on the phone told me that there is no other document required from my side as of now.
