Seems clear enough?

If you are NOT living together, have you visited each other? ....and if not, why have you not visited each other - pretty odd relationship where you are not living together and have not visited......

The goes on to say (using my own words here) - If you HAVE visited each other, please tell us below how many times you visited, when, for how long, where did you meet etc......

So basically if you haven't visited each other, why not? If you have visited each other, give us details of each of the visits.

As you state that you ARE living together, then none of this question applies to you.

but you cannot skip that question but we did visit each other when we werent living together
