I sent the scanned PCC as requested back in Feb 23, and today I got below email. I just sent the scanned PCC again, it's such a frustrating process when things like this happened out of our control. Is there any way to confirm whether they have received the document?
This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. We are still missing the following information in order to finalize your application:
Ø 88475243 - LUNQIAN PAN:
Ø > Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate from India. This must be received at this office by: 2016/05/12
An initial request was sent to you on 2016/02/10. To date, we have not received the requested information.
The above information/documents must be received in our office within 30 days from the date of this letter.
