I received email from CIC on Feb 10, 2016 requesting below documents. I've replied to the email with scans of all the documents, but I'm confused whether should I send the original copy of my PCC?
I received email from CIC on Feb 10, 2016 requesting below documents. I've replied to the email with scans of all the documents, but I'm confused whether should I send the original copy of my PCC?
Ø > Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate from India. This must be received at this office by: 2016/04/05
Ø > Notice of Assessment: A copy of the Canadian Revenue Agency Notice of tax Assessment from 2013 and 2014. This must be received at this office by: 2016/03/05
Ø > T4: A copy of the Canadian Revenue Agency T4 form from 2014. This must be received at this office by: 2016/03/05
Ø > Client Information: Address history with no gaps from 2008/10-2012/01 This must be received at this office by: 2016/03/05
You must send us the requested information by email within 60 days from the date of this letter.
Please reply directly to this email and put your application number in the title.
Please note:
· Any documents submitted which are not in English or French must be accompanied by a translation in either English or French.
· Do not submit originals, unless otherwise stated, as documents submitted will not be returned.
