YMCA did my application and they wrote my name only on one of the photos. I was never returned. In fact, I asked the person who did my application at YMCA and she said no, only one is good.

my goodness, we did not write our names on the back of our photos. we never found specific instructions on that...or we missed it.

can that be a cause of application being returned?

It is noted in the guide, however, they may just write it on for you.

In addition to what I wrote above if your application have not return within three weeks of the date CIC received it then your good as CIC has a team that open all incoming application to check and see if everything was submitted and application sign if not that group will return the application with three weeks.

hey dan,

Do you have any idea if both Your photos were stamped or only one, Thankyou I know that only one photo needs the writing but how about the stamp of studio is it only one or bot the photos.

Guys, the guide is talking about photoS so that refers to the 2 photos. Also, if you stamp and print your name on both photos it cannot hurt but if you do on one only it may hurt right? So why not stamp and write your name on both? does it cost you more money or maybe a lot more energy?? Sometimes you just need to use common sense. :o

Both must be stamped to confirm that both photos were taken the same time as the other. Stamp and dated as they do not want any photos exceeding 6 months.
