Hi,

I was wondering I would need for an visitor's visa application and perhaps some tips on what I should or shouldn't do. The stay is going to be short Feb 6-20th it is also during her approved spring fest break. The visa will also be for just 15 days too.

I am helping my GF with her application.

Background info:

She works full time at a top rated University in China,
80,000 rmb
has her mother, brother, father in a different city but does have a cousin living in her city, has a masters degree, no propertly,
single 27 years old no dependents.
Her father has a medical condition as well.
She has some travel history but mostly in SE Asia traveled for 1M outside of China but returned and it was recently

I am wondering if the following documents are sufficient?

Letter from her employer of her employment length, their authorization of time off that she will have a job when she returns to China.
3 invitation letters, one from me, 2 from my parents. Does notarizing the letters saying that we will provide for her trip and ensure that she returns home help? I will say she is my gf. No point in lying.
our paystubs/bank statements for the last 6 months.
her paystubs/bank statements for the last 6 months.

Does a return ticket help too? or not as much?

What other recommendations do you guys have?

Any insight is appreciate.

Thanks.

So visa was rejected due to grounds of insufficient ties.

Would a return ticket help?

Would a refusal affect student visa application?

Thanks.

If you did not show a return ticket it would not have helped.
Providing one now does not guarantee approval because the thing you need to address is the "lack of ties".

No idea if it will impact the student visa application. But it will all be listed in her file.
