Help With Appeal for Supousal Sponsorship

I am looking for any type of information about appeals since my husband's case has been rejected because they sent him a letter in april 2011 for updated police certificate and few forums but since he never got the letter we never sent those documents and now they denied him pr for that reason.
I was wondering if anyone of u know of appeal process from a-z i mean where to send documents.where to get documents for appeal purpose,and all that please link me up with a thread that u know of.

Here is our timeline:
Applied: January 2010
Medical Re done: May 2011
Decision Made: Dec 2012 "Rejected"
Case Reopen: January 2013
Decision Made: March 2013 "Rejected"​

My lawyer is asking for $6500-$11000 depending on if its ADR or Full hearing case. And I guess since there is nothing much to tell as they know relationship is genuine so i should not be wasting such huge amount.

Right now I am in pakistan since past 2 months is it possible to appeal from here or do i have to go back to canada....i have to appeal before 27 april.

Assuming that you are a Canadian citizen, could you not abandon the previous PR application and start again with all the correct information this time? It would cost a great deal less and might be much faster...

And even if it is would not it be much time consuming since CIC Islamabad takes about 3 years to solve a case. The processing time is 28 months where as if i go through ADR it will probably be within a year I guess. I am not sure though since i dont have any knowledge about the appeal process.

the price quoted is far too high. I went through the Appeal process (and won) The prices quoted to me went from $3,000.-$5000. (in 2010) I think you have a good chance at ADR. Why do you assume they think your relationship is real ? Just curious

Where does your spouse live ? Wait times vary a lot

Because they never said anything about our relationship so i suppose we r good with that also we have 2 kids together. and my husband lives in pakistan.
